SAMOA - SAnity check for MOdels of the Atmosphere

The scripts checks for each variable in the GRIB/netCDF files if the min and max values are within a range specified in a list with variables and min, max values. Fields containing NANs are also listed. Additionally constant fields (i.e. min=max) are listed (can be switched off). Optionally also fields including missing values can be listed (not standard).

The script should work for all model output that can be analysed with CDO. Up to now, the script has only been tested for COSMO-ART model output. The standard list includes at the moment only data from COSMO, COSMO-ART and COSMO-CLM. If the script is used for other models, an alternative list has to be created.
